Course cancellations that are provided by email at least five business days prior to the start of your course are eligible for a refund; however, an administrative fee of $30 will be charged.
A $75 administrative fee will be charged for any OFA Level 3 Courses that are cancelled with at least five business days’ notice.
Course materials must be unopened and in their original condition to be returned.
Refunds are only provided if cancellation is provided by email at least five business days prior to the start of the course.
Refunds are not provided for:
- cancellations provided with fewer than five business days’ notice, or
- student no-shows.
Transferring to another course
In some cases, it may be possible to transfer a student’s enrolment to another course. This may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and an administrative fee of $30 will be applied.
No additional refunds or transfers will be provided after a change has been made.
Cancellation by EFAS Safety
EFAS Safety makes every effort to conduct courses as scheduled.
We reserve the right to cancel and or reschedule a course due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. low student enrolment, instructor illness, etc.)
In the case of course cancellation by EFAS Safety, students will receive a full refund or can have enrolment transferred to another course.
We kindly ask that anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing to stay home and not attend the training session.
Our class sizes have been reduced.
